إنطلاقا من التشريعات الدولية المعنية بتجسيد حق الإنسان في العمل من قبل منظمات وبرامج الأمم المتحدة المقرة لهذه القوانين في العالم ونظرا لأن العامل الفلسطيني اللاجئ مجرد من أبسط حقوقه الإنسانية نوجه الكلمة اليوم لمجلس النواب اللبناني بإعادة النظر بحقوق العامل الفلسطيني وتحقيق المساواة على صعيد الحق في العمل في ميادين الانتاج وضرورة تمكين تنفيذ هذه القوانين المشرعه. وهذا من المؤكد سيحقق مردودا نهضويا على صعيد المؤشرات الاقتصادية التنموية وما له من تحقيق عدالة اجتماعية ومساواة في الحقوق والواجبات للشعب الفلسطيني.
العامل الفلسطيني بأمس الحاجة إلى عونكم والنظر في قضاياه المشروعة وخاصة في هذه الاوقات العصيبة شاكرين وقوفكم مع الموقف الفلسطيني الانمائي الثابت والمحقق بالتالي لحقوقه المطلبية.

“Ana Youth Team” sends a letter on Labor Day in support of the Palestinian Worker

In light of the international legislation on the embodiment of the human right to work by the united nation’s programs in accordance with these laws in the world, and because the Palestinian refugee is derived from one of the most basic human right, we call on the Lebanese Parliament today to reconsider the rights of the Palestinian worker, achieve quality in the right to work in fields of production, and the need to enable the implementation of these laws. This will certainly bring about a revival of the economic development, the achievement of the social justice and equality in the rights and duties of the Palestinian people.
Palestinian worker is in need of your help and consideration of his legitimate issues especially in these difficult times thanking you for standing with the Palestinian development position which is stable and thus fulfilling his demanding right.
